The event

Members have mentioned in the past that when we have seminars and workshop events that there is never enough time to talk to other members, to network, to get to know each other. The new committee has thought about that and decided to make the next event a social evening:

Think of it as HELTA’s staff room – an event where teachers can get together to share lesson materials, tips, and their best anecdotes. 

If the event is successful and you would like us to, we can make this social event a regular occurrence like our colleagues in Berlin do! The event is free and open to non-members, so if you have a friend who’s always been HELTA-curious, help them take the plunge! There will also be a quiz! Possibly even with prizes!
