Teaching 121: Just the Two of Us

an online HELTA Workshop with Emma Cresswell

We will be opening the zoom room at 14:15 for a small social to catch up on each other, then welcome Katja Preston from IH World Organisation who will tell us more about their Online Teacher Training Institute. We will then go over to the workshop proper where Emma will tell us all about what makes a great 121 teacher, how a 121 class differs from a group class and why teaching 121 may be different online. She will also give us some very practical activities that we can take straight into our next 121 class. This will be followed by a Q&A where we can pose our questions to Emma and share our experiences with each other.
